How to get a Username?

How does it work?

To resolve the IP address of a Telegram user and find their IP address, we use a technique called ARP spoofing. This method involves sending a packet to the target device, which in this case is Telegram. Upon receiving the packet, Telegram is compelled to send an ARP packet back that contains the IP address. This process is also known as ARP poisoning.

Additionally, when attempting to resolve a Telegram IP address, we employ a packet interception technique. This technique intercepts any ping packets sent from the target device to the request device.
